ENGINEERING OF RUBBER DRYING INSTALLATION (FINISHING LINE)

FINISHING LINE CONFIGURATION

The configuration of the finishing line depends of the rubber grade to process. Most  rubber grades are running on the following  configuration: SDU, VCU, Turbulator and TCU.

For some applications an SDU with Turbulator followed by a thermal drying stage is also used.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

We have supplied complete finishing lines including all peripheral equipment such as bagging and baling  equipment, control system, cooling and heating system, classifying system, airveying…etc. 

For all this equipment, we can produce a layout optimising the following criteria:

            Best use of  the building volume allocated by the customer .

            Shortest connection between the equipments.

            Best access for cleaning and maintenance.

In addition to the operating and maintenance manuals for all the equipment supplied, W.E standard documentation package includes the following documents:

            Layout drawings

            Foundation drawings

            Process flow drawings (PFD)

           Process and instrument diagrams (PID)

            Interlock diagrams

            Electrical schema

            Data sheets for items procured by Customer

            Etc
